Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team focused on event creation within our platform. As a Junior PM, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing various aspects of the development circle. You will work closely with senior product designer, the CTO, and cross-functional teams of developers and designers to bring the product to life

Responsibilities:

1. Product development coordination: assist in the planning, design, and execution of product features geared towards event creation. Collaborate with product designers and developers to create user stories and feature specifications.
2. User Engagement: Engage with users to gather feedback, understand their event management needs, and translate insights into actionable improvements for the platform.
3. Project Planning: Contribute to project planning, including defining project scope, creating timelines, and resource allocation for feature development related to event creation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective development process. Facilitate communication among teams to align on product goals.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze user data and metrics to make informed product decisions. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and track the success of implemented features.
6. Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of new features and enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaborate with QA teams to resolve any issues identified during testing.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain product documentation, create reports on feature development progress, and contribute to post-release analysis to guide future product iterations.
8. Innovation and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies related to event management. Propose innovative ideas for feature enhancements and future product roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
